The sales prices indicated are in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force and do not include shipping costs.

Os Verdejantes reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the valid price is the one in force at the time of ordering.

Online store prices may not correspond to those charged in physical stores.

By confirming the order, the User accepts the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as the terms and conditions.

When you complete your order, you will receive confirmation by email from Loja Os Verdejantes. After checking the stock of the products, the payment document will then be issued within 24 hours.

Any dispute will be resolved through an amicable solution.

Os Verdejantes Store will process orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. If the product is unavailable, Os Verdejantes Store undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible.

Orders are only considered valid after payment has been made, and orders will not be sent on cash on delivery.

When the customer requests a specific order for goods not listed on the website or customized to measure, the provisions of art. 7, al.c) of DL 143/2001, of April 26, apply, and the right of return cannot be exercised.

The prices shown on our website include VAT at the current rate and are valid at the time the purchase was made. Shipping costs are not included, and will be added after we have validated the order.

Os Verdejantes reserves the right to adjust its prices, promotions, items and features at any time. Prices that are reduced during sales and promotions will only be valid for the period indicated.

We offer the following payment methods:
1- Bank Transfer.

Shipments will be made within 3 to 5 business days after payment. In the case of customized items, the shipping time may vary between 10 to 20 business days after payment.

These deadlines may be changed by prior agreement or during periods of higher order volume.

The order is delivered to the address that appears in your customer registration, it is the customer's responsibility to fill in the data correctly.

The customer is advised to check the packaging of the order upon delivery. If it is not in perfect condition, this should be noted on the carrier's note and we should be informed by email as soon as possible. Any complaint may only be considered if duly noted.
If these procedures have not been carried out, Loja Os Verdejantes will not assume responsibility towards the customer.

If the customer does not claim the order from the transport company within the time allowed and the order is returned to Loja Os Verdejantes, then the customer will have to bear the transport costs of the new shipment.

Although we use all available means to ensure that your order is delivered within the expected timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

To facilitate delivery, we recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always available to receive your order. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the address and contact details correctly.

As provided for in Decree-Law No. 143/2001, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to return a product purchased online and sent by carrier.

Acceptance of returns is subject to the following conditions:
- Maximum period of 14 days after purchase;
- Product returned in new condition and never used, in original box with all accessories included;

If you wish to return the product, you must request it by email and send it back properly packaged.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.

After receiving the product and confirming its condition, a refund of the product value will be issued. In the event of a defect or shipping error, the material will be sent again (if available in stock) after the merchandise has been received at our facilities.

Returns of any products sent cash on delivery to our address will not be accepted.

Returns of personalized items are not accepted.

If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by the customer, or because it was not collected in time at the CTT post office, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs for that order and possible return costs.

Loja Os Verdejantes is not responsible for any improper use that may be made of the products purchased.
